1. Privacy Policy We collect personal information through our website forms and booking calendar to facilitate your event planning. This includes your name, email, phone number, event date, and location. We use this data to provide services, communicate with you, and deliver a better experience.

We also use Google Analytics to track website traffic and improve performance. This involves the use of cookies that may collect anonymized information about your browsing behavior.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your booking or comply with legal obligations.

2. Terms & Conditions By using our site and services, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a form or booking.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these policies at any time.

3. Booking, Payment & Refund Policy

Deposits:

  • A deposit is required to hold your date and time. This secures your booking for 48 hours.

  • Within 48 hours, we will contact you to confirm event details and provide a final quote.

Payment Structure:

  • Once the quote is confirmed, and you agree to proceed, a 50% payment of the total balance is required.

  • The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before your event.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • You may cancel during the initial 48-hour hold period and receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • After agreeing to the quote and paying 50%, that amount becomes non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Rescheduling:

  • If you reschedule, a 25% rescheduling fee applies each time.

  • New dates are subject to availability.

4. Event Liability & Responsibility

Our Responsibility:

  • We are responsible for damages to our equipment that occur on our time before or after your event.

  • We carry event insurance for our employees during events, which we secure on a per-event basis.

  • If we must cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund and a discount on your next booking.

Late Arrival:

  • We strive to arrive on time for every event. If we are late, we are not responsible for any resulting issues.

  • If we are late, we will offer you a discount on your next purchase.

Client & Guest Responsibility:

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by guests, pets, or weather or anything existing due to your event.

  • While we will set up and maintain the equipment to the best of our ability, liability for damage caused during the event by external conditions is the client’s responsibility.

  • If any property that belongs to Anamaralda is damaged in such a way you will be responsible to replace the items at what ever cost we deem reasonable.

6. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality event experiences through our 360° photo booth services and custom balloon décor. While we do everything in our power to meet or exceed your expectations, quality may be influenced by event conditions including weather, venue restrictions, and guest interactions.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your event. We will review the situation and may offer a partial refund, discount, or service credit at our discretion. Our goal is to make it right where possible.
